We will answer your calls in your business name and take a detailed message including caller’s name, telephone number, subject of the call and any other relevant information. This will be emailed to you at the end of the call.
Not only does our Virtual Receptionist service provide all answering, but we’ve added some bells and whilstles!
We’ve included text (SMS) messaging, transferring calls, appointment bookings, diary management, and we’ll also act as a point of information for your business.
