Catch Your Calls provides a UK-wide multi-level Virtual Receptionist Service to clients large and small. 


A Virtual Receptionist goes beyond simply answering a call and taking a message.

Although they do this, they also give you a way of having a single public number covering everyone in the business, which means calls are answered and transferred to the appropriate person if required – rather like having a human being sitting behind a reception desk at your office!

Just like a real receptionist, a Virtual Receptionist will be able to provide answers to basic questions about your business, such as “what are your opening hours”, “can you give me directions to your office”, or “can you give me your email address” for example.

Your calls will be screened so that you’re not interrupted by routine enquiries that can be left until it’s convenient for you to return the call, while making sure that important clients can reach you at any time if it is urgent by sending you a text message. We can even book your appointments, manage your diary and your email, enter data into your own software, and make calls on your behalf.

In fact, we can do pretty much anything that helps you remain as productive and as stress-free as possible. All you have to do is ask, and if it is within our power to do so (being legal and ethical), we’ll add it to the Bespoke Virtual Receptionist plan we tailor-make for you. Unfortunately, we cannot accept customer payments on your behalf, nor do we provide cold calling.

We will fully discuss your needs and are happy to use whatever digital diary or other software you are comfortable with. We have experience of Google, Outlook, Thunderbird, Cliniko, Zoho, Asana, Agile and others.
