Calls are handled in a professional manner where the call handlers establish the urgency of the caller’s needs ie if a garage door is stuck in the air making it insecure the caller is immediately connected to one of our engineers to arrange a repair. All call information is also e mailed to us for us to follow up as required.

We have used various call answering services and have changed supplier on a few occasions; the idea is you want someone who takes a real interest in your business so the customer feels they are speaking to a member of staff and not a random call centre.
